Della Construction Pvt Ltd.Daman

Our office is located in Shahapur, which is part of the Amalner Taluka in Maharashtra. It’s a bit of a distance from the big cities, so things move at a different pace here. We’ve been operating under the name Della Construction Pvt Ltd.Daman, even though our day-to-day happens right here in the local area. The surroundings are mostly quiet, lots of open space and trees around the site. We handle the usual construction tasks that come up in this part of the state. Most of the people working with us are from the nearby villages. We wake up early, get the equipment ready, and start the work before the sun gets too hot in the afternoon. It's dusty work, and our boots are always covered in mud or sand. We don't have a big corporate building or anything like that. It's just a functional space where we store our tools and talk about the plans for the next project. Sometimes it’s hard to get supplies delivered out here on time, so we have to plan things out a few days in advance. We spend a lot of time talking to the local suppliers and making sure we have enough gravel and bricks. It isn't always smooth, and sometimes things break down, but we just fix them and keep going. We don't spend much time in the office anyway, as the real work is out there on the ground with the crew.
