Aluwindorz Fabrications

Our workshop for Aluwindorz Fabrications is located right opposite the Agriculture Office. It’s a convenient spot because everyone knows where that office is. We spend most of our time out in the shed area working with aluminum and glass. It gets pretty loud with the cutting and the drilling, so it’s not exactly a place for a quiet chat. We started this because we knew how to build things with our hands. We don’t have a fancy showroom with lights and carpets. Instead, you’ll see frames leaning against the walls and scraps of metal on the floor. It’s a working shop. Most days we are covered in dust or trying to figure out a tricky measurement for a window frame. We aren't big on sales talk. People usually come to us because they saw a job we did for someone else down the road. We just tell them what can be done and how long it’ll take. Sometimes we’re late because a machine breaks or a delivery of glass is slow, but we always finish what we start. It’s just a few of us here, making sure the cuts are straight and the joints are tight. We have some old chairs in the corner for when customers want to sit and discuss their plans, though they usually end up standing to see the work. The rain makes a lot of noise on our tin roof, but we just keep working through it. It’s decent, honest work and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk.
