Magtech Motors Pvt. Ltd. is located at 20, G.I.D.C. in Vitthal Udyonagar. We have been operating out of this unit for several years now. It is a typical industrial setup with a high ceiling and hard concrete floors. We work on various types of motors here. There is usually a smell of grease and metal in the air. Our day starts with checking the schedule and seeing what machines need our attention. Vitthal Udyonagar is a big hub so there is always movement around us. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a long time. We do not go in for fancy talk or big marketing plans. We just look at the motors and figure out how to get them running right again. Sometimes we have to take things apart completely to find the hidden problem. It is dirty work but we do not mind it at all. Our office is just a small corner of the building with a desk and some old files. Most of the action happens on the main floor. We have seen the industrial estate grow and change but our building stays pretty much the same. We have our tools and our daily routines.
