URMILAROY CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based in Sringar Tola, which is a small part of Panch-Virpur in the Raghopur block. My name is Urmila and we started this construction company because we saw so many people struggling to find decent builders around Vaishali. It isn't a big, fancy operation with hundreds of trucks. It is mostly just me, a few family members, and some local guys we hire when a big job comes in. We do the basic stuff that people need, like building house extensions, putting up boundary walls, or fixing roofs that leak during the heavy rains. The address is actually at Ramnaresh Ray's place. We don't have a big office in the city because we prefer to be out where the work is happening. Sometimes the supplies take forever to get across the river, which can be a real headache, but we try to manage. We aren't interested in making things look more complicated than they are. Building a house is just about putting one brick on top of another the right way. We use simple tools and hard work to get things done. People in the village know us, and that is how we get most of our work. We don't bother with newspapers or radio ads. If you do a bad job here, everyone knows by the next morning, so we try our best to avoid that. It's a quiet life in Bihar but the construction work keeps us busy enough to stay out of trouble.
