Shoonya Startup School Foundation

Shoonya Startup School Foundation is based over here at 688 Vaishali Nagar. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have. We aren't one of those massive institutions with glass walls. We just have a regular space where people come to talk about their business ideas. Vaishali Nagar is a busy area so there’s always something happening outside. We spend our days mostly sitting around the main table talking to folks who want to start something of their own. Sometimes we have tea and just look over plans. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we get the work done. The name Shoonya means zero and we like that because most people start from nothing. We’ve seen a lot of people walk through that door at 688. Some have big dreams and some just want to make a little extra money. We don't promise anything crazy. We just share what we know about running a business. The office can get a bit cramped when more than five people show up at once. We probably need more chairs soon. It’s a local effort really. We live nearby and we wanted to have a place where people felt comfortable walking in without a suit and tie. Most days it is just us answering emails and checking on how the local startups are doing. It's practical work. No big speeches or fancy events, just daily stuff to keep things running for everyone involved.
