Samvirdhi Foundation

Samvirdhi Foundation is located at 5/16F1 in Vaishali. It’s a fairly straightforward place to find once you are in the neighborhood. We are not a huge operation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us working out of this space. Vaishali is a place with a lot of history but also a lot of regular people just trying to make a living. We fit right in with the local shops and houses nearby. Our daily routine is pretty simple. We show up, have some tea, and then get to work on whatever needs doing that day. We don’t have big meetings with PowerPoint slides or anything like that. We just talk over the table and figure things out as we go. It’s a very local feel here. If a neighbor has a problem, they can just walk up to the door and ask for us. We try to be part of the community rather than just an office sitting in it. The building is a bit older and sometimes the fan makes a clicking noise, but it works for what we need. We don't need a lot of luxury to do what we do. It’s about being there for the people who live around us in Vaishali. We’ve seen the area change over the years and we just want to be a steady part of it. It’s plain and simple work, but it keeps us busy every single day.
