You can find us at House Number 5 in the village of Nagargawantola. This is over in Paharpur West, which falls under the Raghopur block. It’s quite a way out from the big cities, but we like it that way. The air is better and we know all our neighbors. Ray Minds Consulting Services Private Limited was set up here because we wanted to stay close to home. Working out of a village means you have to be practical about things. We don't have a receptionist or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a desk, some chairs, and our brains. The building is just a regular house in the village. Sometimes people get confused finding the right lane in Nagargawantola, but once you find house five, you’re there. We do a lot of our thinking and work right here. It’s a quiet spot for the most part, which helps when you’re trying to figure out complicated consulting stuff. We don't really have a big story about why we started, other than needing to work and wanting to do it on our own terms. We take things as they come.
