Ravelagri Organic (Opc) Private Limited

We are over in Hatsarganj, which is in the Hazipur area of Vaishali. Soni Kumari is the one who helps keep everything organized here at Ravelagri Organic. It’s an OPC, so it’s a smaller setup than some of those huge companies you see in the news. Being in Bihar, specifically this 844101 zip code, means we deal with a lot of local stuff. We are mostly into the organic side of things. It’s a lot of paperwork and even more time spent looking at the soil and the plants. Hazipur is a decent place to be based out of. We don’t have a big team, just a few people who know what they are doing. Sometimes we have to travel around the district to see how things are growing. The office is simple, just a place to sit and talk. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture. We just want to get the work done right. Most of the day is spent handling the logistics of the organic products. It can get pretty busy during the harvest times. We try to keep things moving. It’s a bit of a struggle sometimes with the infrastructure, but we make it work. Everyone knows everyone else in this part of Hatsarganj. It’s a community thing as much as a business thing. We’re just happy to be part of the local scene here in Vaishali. It takes time to build something real.
