Rasulan Textile is based in Mohammadpur Rohua. That is a village in the Bhagwanpur area of Vaishali. Noor Alam is the person in charge here. He’s been in the textile business for quite some time. We work out of a local spot that isn't hard to find if you're from around here. Vaishali is a place with a lot of history, and we're just a small part of it now. We deal with textiles every day. There is always the sound of fabric being cut or moved around. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes we sit outside under the tree when the weather is nice to discuss the day’s tasks. Mohammadpur Rohua is a friendly village. People stop by to say hello to Noor all the time. Our office is just a regular building with some storage space for the cloth. We don't have a big budget for decorations. We spend our money on getting good materials instead. It’s a simple operation. We focus on what we know, which is textiles. It keeps us busy and provides for the people who work here. We are just regular people in a small Bihar village trying to run a business the right way. It is steady work and we are happy to be doing it.
