Qibla Infratech Private Limited is situated in Village Bahadurpur Chiknauta, over in Patepur, Vaishali. We operate out of Md Mustkim’s place. It is a rural setting, very typical for this part of Bihar. We focus on infrastructure projects. Working in Vaishali has its own rhythm. Things don't always move as fast as they do in the cities, but we get there in the end. We are a small team, and we don't have any of those fancy titles. Everyone just pitches in where they are needed. We deal with a lot of local stuff, from small roads to building foundations. Most of our meetings happen over tea in the front room of the house. We don't have a website with flashy photos or anything like that. Our work is visible in the villages nearby. Sometimes we have to travel quite a bit on dusty paths to reach the project sites. The roads can be a real challenge during the monsoon season. We just manage somehow. Md Mustkim keeps everything organized around here. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big buzzwords. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. We know the land and the people in this area. It is a simple operation. We wake up, check the schedule, and head out. There’s a lot of satisfaction in seeing a project actually get finished. It’s not always easy, but it is what we do.
