Medicon Pain Clinic & Rehablitation Centre

Our clinic is tucked away behind the Axis Bank near Subash Chowk in Hajipur. If you pass Chanda Mama, you’re pretty much there. We share some space with the Medicon Patho Lab, so it can get a bit crowded in the hallways when everyone is trying to get their blood work done at the same time. We focus a lot on rehab and helping people move better when they’re in pain. The rooms have mats and some basic equipment for stretching and exercises. It’s not a high-tech gym, just a place to do the work. The walls are a bit of a dull beige color, and we’ve been saying we’ll repaint them for two years, but we never seem to find the time. We get a lot of older folks who have trouble with their backs or knees. They usually come in complaining about the stairs, which I can’t blame them for. We try to make everyone feel welcome without being overly formal about it. There’s no dress code for us, just comfortable clothes so we can move around. Sometimes the water cooler makes a loud bubbling noise that startles people, but we all just laugh it off. It’s a friendly enough place, and we know our regulars pretty well. We’re just a local spot in Hajipur trying to help people get back on their feet. We usually finish up the paperwork late at night once the patients have gone.
