Lalganj Vikash Nidhi Limited

We have been working out of Aastha Palace here in Agarpur for a while now. If you know where the Town Hall in Lalganj is, you can find us right across the street. Lalganj Vikash Nidhi Limited is situated in a central spot, which means we see a lot of the same faces every day. Most of the people who stop by are neighbors or folks coming into town for errands. Being in Vaishali, it gets pretty busy around here during the day. We aren't a big office with shiny glass walls or anything like that. It's just a regular place where we handle the paperwork and talk to the people who walk in. Dealing with money and community matters takes a lot of time, and we try to just stick to what needs to be done. Sometimes the traffic out front is loud, but it keeps things interesting. Most of us grew up around Bihar, so we understand how things work locally. We don't try to act like we're from a big city. We just open the doors, sit at our desks, and get to work. If someone has a question about their account or needs to check on something, they just come in. There is no fancy reception desk, just us. It’s a simple setup. We spend our days looking over documents and making sure everything is in order. It’s quiet work most of the time, punctuated by people coming in to say hello.
