Kritika Foods And Beverage Private Limited is based in our village, Pokhrairatola. We’re over in the Pokhraira area, specifically at Harihar Nath Lal’s place. It’s a quiet spot compared to the big cities, but that’s how we like it. We started this company because we wanted to bring some business into our local village. It’s a private limited company, which means we have a lot of rules to follow, but it’s worth it to have our own name on the door. Our office is just a part of the house we’ve set aside for work. We have a couple of desks and some chairs, and that’s about it. We don't need much more than that to get the job done. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to people who come by the village. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a website with a bunch of polished photos. We just tell people where we are and what we do. It’s honest work. Sometimes the roads out here get bad when it rains, so we have to plan around that. We just take things as they come. Being in Pokhraira means we know everyone around us, and that makes working here feel a lot more comfortable. We’re just a small food and beverage company trying to do right by our neighbors and our families. It’s a slow and steady process for us.
