Our place is actually located out in R. Korigaon, which is a bit of a way into the Vaishali district. It’s quiet out here compared to the main city. The business is run from where Satish Kumar and the family are, so it feels very grounded. Working with cement means things get a bit dusty around the yard, but that is part of the job. We have been here for a good amount of time now. Usually, the morning starts with checking on deliveries and seeing what the local builders need for their projects. It is a very practical kind of life. We don't have any big flashy signs or a glass office. It’s mostly just walls, bags of product, and people coming in to talk about their construction needs. Sometimes the weather in Bihar makes things a bit tough, like when it gets really muddy during the monsoon or way too hot in the summer peak. We just keep going regardless. People around here know where to find us if they need stuff for their houses or bigger builds. It’s a family-oriented environment, really. We talk to the drivers, manage the stacks of cement, and try to keep the paperwork from getting too messy. It's just a regular day-to-day operation where we focus on what's right in front of us. No one here is trying to be fancy. We just do the work and go home to get ready for the next day.
