Ektansh Sri Engicon is run by Ashok Kumar and the rest of us here in Khilawat. We are located in the Bidupur area of Hajipur, right near the police station. Vaishali is a place with a lot of history, and we are just adding a few more buildings to it as we go. Our office is a simple place where we manage our construction projects and handle the local labor. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know how to get things done on a site. Building stuff is what we know best. Whether it’s a small house or some repairs to an old structure, we take it on. The weather here can be a bit much, especially the humidity in the summer, but we keep the work going regardless. We get our supplies from local vendors because it’s much easier than trying to bring things in from far away. Sometimes the logistics are a headache, like when the tractors are late with the sand or the cement is delayed. But that’s just part of the job. We aren't a big city firm with fancy computers or marketing people. We do most of our planning on paper and spend a lot of time on the actual sites. People in Khilawat know where to find us if they need something done. We try to be fair and do a decent job every time. It’s hard to keep everything on schedule, but we do our best.
