CHAURASIA VENTURES LLP operates out of Hajipur, specifically in the Dhanoti area. We are set up in the care of Sri Sunil Kumar. It’s a local venture that stays pretty busy with daily tasks. Dhanoti is a place where everyone kind of knows each other, so we see a lot of familiar faces. Our office isn't some glass building. It’s a functional space where we handle the business side of things. We deal with various ventures and projects that come our way. The work involves a lot of coordination and talking to different people throughout the day. We try to keep things simple and honest. If someone has a question about a project, we just tell them how it is. We aren't interested in using big words or complicated explanations. Hajipur is a growing place, and we are just one small part of that growth. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on how things are moving along. It can be a bit hectic when multiple things happen at once, but that is just part of the job. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the wall. We just have our desks and our work. It’s about being there on the ground and making sure things are handled correctly for the people we work with in this district. We spend our evenings wrapping up paperwork and making sure everything is ready for the next morning. It is just steady work.
