Charchit Jain Care Foundation

Charchit Jain Care Foundation is located at 4/350/ F-1 in Vaishali. It is a simple apartment-style setup rather than a commercial office building. This makes the atmosphere very different from what you might expect from a foundation. It is quiet and tucked away from the main noise of the city. We have a few rooms where we have set up our desks and storage for all our documents. There are only a handful of us working here so it is a very close-knit group. We do not have any big meetings or corporate structures to worry about. We just talk across the room when something needs to be discussed. Our furniture is basic and we have a small kitchen area where we make tea throughout the day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computer. We do not have a website that is updated every day or a social media manager. We just handle the requests and the paperwork as they come in. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered when we have a lot of things to sort through but we manage to keep it under control. It is a very simple and direct way to work. We do not feel the need to impress anyone with a fancy office. We are just here to do our job and stay on top of our daily responsibilities. That is pretty much how it goes.
