Brainy Bear Pre School

Brainy Bear Pre School is a small, local establishment on Nunu Babu Road in Lalganj, Vaishali. Since we look after very young children, the place is always filled with the sounds of singing, playing, and the occasional tantrum. The building is modest, and we’ve tried to make it look cheerful with some colorful posters and drawings on the walls. We don't have a huge campus or fancy facilities; it’s just a few rooms where the little ones can be safe and learn their first lessons. The teachers here are mostly people from the town who have a lot of patience for the toddlers. We spend a lot of our day making sure the kids eat their snacks and don't trip over the toys scattered on the floor. The office is just a desk in the corner of one of the rooms where we keep the attendance books and the contact details for all the parents. It’s a very informal way of working, and we like it that way because it feels more like a family than a business. Parents often stop to chat for a few minutes when they drop their kids off or pick them up. We don't have any big mission statements or complicated philosophies. We just want to make sure the children are happy and well-cared for while they are with us. It’s a simple job, but it keeps us very busy every single day.
