Aishcon Infra Project is located in Bagmali, Hazipur, over at Dr. Dasrath Pd. Gupta’s premises. Being in Vaishali gives us a good base to work on projects across the region. We are a small team doing infrastructure work. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time dealing with trucks, laborers, and mountains of gravel. The office is usually cluttered with blueprints, tea cups, and measuring tapes. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy PR team. Most of our work comes from local connections and people knowing our name in Hazipur. We try to be straightforward about what we can do. Sometimes the deadlines are tight and we have to work late into the night. It’s just part of the trade. We’ve seen the area grow a lot over the years, and we've played our small part in that. Dealing with the local heat and the dust is just something you get used to after a while. We aren't trying to be a national giant. We just want to do good work in our own backyard. People know they can find us in Bagmali if they have questions or need something fixed. We don't hide behind a bunch of corporate speak. It’s just us, trying to build things that last. Every project has its own headaches, but we enjoy seeing the final result at the end of the month. It keeps us going day after day. There is always a new challenge to figure out with the local supplies.
