Afp Manufacturing Co. Pvt Lmt. is out in the Epip Industrial Area. We occupy Plot No. B-5 and A-2, which gives us a decent amount of space for our machines and the stuff we make. Hajipur can be a tough place to work because of the humidity, especially in the Vaishali district during the summer months. Our factory floor is usually humming with the sound of equipment, and there’s always a truck backing in or pulling out of the loading bay. We aren't some giant corporation with a glass building; we are just a bunch of people in an industrial shed getting the job done. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more focused on what’s happening on the production line. Most of our workers live nearby in the district, so we’ve got a good local crew. It’s a lot of physical work, and the days are long. We don't have a fancy reception area with a coffee machine. If you come to visit, you’ll probably find us in our work clothes, likely near one of the plots. It’s practical work for practical people. We’ve been in this part of Hajipur for a while now, and we’ve seen the industrial area grow quite a bit. We just keep our heads down and keep the machines running as best as we can.
