3H Foundation

We are based in Muzaffarpurtola, which is part of Ward No. 33 in the Musahri block. You can find us at Rukhsana Khatoon’s place. It is a lively village area where there is always something going on. The roads can be dusty, but it’s home to us. 3H Foundation isn't a big name with a lot of money. We are just a local group working out of a modest house. We don’t have shiny furniture or high-tech equipment. It’s mostly just wooden tables and a lot of patience. Rukhsana helps keep things running smoothly. We talk to the villagers and try to understand what’s happening in the ward. Most of our work is face-to-face. We don’t send many emails because people prefer to just stop by. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. Sometimes we sit outside under the shade when the office gets too warm. We don’t have a set schedule that is carved in stone. We work when there is work to be done. It’s a very local effort, and we like it that way. No one here is trying to be a boss. We just want to be useful in Musahri. It’s a plain and simple life, focused on the people living right next door to us. Sometimes the neighbors bring over snacks while we are going through the ledger books in the late afternoon.
