I’ve been running things here at 210 Pratap Nagar for a good while now. It’s a busy spot in Bakor Patel Chambers, usually lots of people moving around the building. Most days I’m just here keeping up with whatever needs doing. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical space where the work gets done. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much if the lift is acting up, but that’s just how it is in these older blocks. People stop by when they need something, and I try to help them out as best as I can without making a big fuss about it. My name is Yogesh Patel and I basically handle everything myself or with a bit of help. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some new shops opened up down the street lately, which makes it busier. I like being central here because it's easy for folks to find the place once they know which floor we are on. The lighting in the hallway isn't always the brightest, but inside the office, it’s fine. I keep my desk cluttered because there is always some project sitting there waiting for attention.
