Yashwant P Kharke is based in the Wadi area. You can find us right on the 14th Cross of K R Road. We are directly opposite Shastri Garden, which is a great landmark for anyone trying to find us. It’s a nice part of town, especially with the greenery from the garden just across the street. We’ve been in this location for quite a while now. The 14th Cross can get a bit congested during the evenings when people are out for walks, but it’s a friendly atmosphere. We are just a local operation. There are no fancy suits or big corporate meetings here. We just handle our business in a straightforward way. Most of the people who come to see us live nearby or have been told about us by a friend. We don't see the point in big expensive ads. If you do good work, people eventually find out. K R Road is a main stretch, so we get a lot of people passing by. Sometimes they just pop in to ask a question. We don't mind that at all. It’s just how things go in Wadi. We keep our space simple and functional. There is no need for anything more than that. We just focus on our tasks and try to be reliable for the folks who count on us.
