You’ll find us at Plot 731 on Savli Road, right in the GIDC Savli Manjusar area. It’s a big industrial zone, so there are trucks and machinery everywhere you look. Xylem Water Solutions is basically just us working on pumps and water systems. It’s a large facility, but it’s very much a working space. There’s no plush carpeting or fancy art on the walls. It’s mostly tools, equipment, and parts. We spend our days making sure these systems are built right. The heat in the summer can be pretty intense in the warehouse, but we’re used to it. We have a crew that’s been doing this for a long time. We mostly talk about technical stuff and schedules. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits. We’re usually in work clothes or uniforms. The road outside can get dusty, and there’s always construction going on somewhere nearby. We keep to ourselves mostly, just focusing on the job at hand. It’s a lot of logistics and technical checks. We have a small office section for the paperwork, but most of the action happens on the floor. It’s a straightforward operation.
