The factory for Spring Master Sleep Products (india) Pvt. Ltd. sits over at Plot No. 1b/21 in the GIDC Estate. It is a busy part of Waghodia, right opposite the telephone exchange. If you are driving by, you probably wouldn't miss us. We spend our days making sure the production line is moving right. It's not a quiet place, there's always the sound of machines and people moving materials around. We have been in this part of Vadodara for a while and seen the area change. We aren't a big corporate office with glass walls, just a regular plant where we get our hands dirty making things people sleep on. The team here is mostly local folks who know the trade well. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or late deliveries of raw materials, but we just figure it out as we go. We don't have a big marketing department writing things for us. Usually, it’s just one of us sitting down to handle the administrative side after the shift ends. It’s hard work, especially when the weather gets humid, but we stay busy. We like being part of the industrial community here in Gujarat. If someone stops by, they usually just find us in our work clothes making sure the orders are stacked up and ready for the loaders. We just focus on the daily tasks.
