HI TECH POLYPRODUCTS

Hi Tech Polyproducts is tucked away at C 11 in the Sarvoday Sahakari Udhyognagar LTD area. It’s right on the Duttpura Limda Waghodia Gidc Road, which stays pretty packed with traffic most of the day. Working in a cooperative industrial estate like this means we know most of our neighbors by name. We see the same people at the tea stall every morning before we open up the shutters. Our workspace is filled with the smell of processed plastic and the constant hum of the machinery. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a nice shirt. We usually have grease on our hands by ten in the morning. The building itself has seen better days, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of our time making sure the dimensions are right and the material is flowing properly. If something breaks, we usually spend the afternoon with a wrench trying to figure it out ourselves. It's a lot of trial and error sometimes. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. It’s just the owner and a few workers trying to make sure the orders are ready when the truck pulls up. The road outside can get muddy during the monsoon, which makes loading a real pain, but we just deal with it as it comes.
