Arjun industries

Arjun industries is located at Plot No.53 in the GIDC Waghodia Industrial estate. It’s a busy industrial area, and our plot is just one of many, but we’ve been here long enough that we feel right at home. The workshop is usually humming with noise from the equipment, and there’s always someone moving something from one side of the floor to the other. It’s a practical space. We don’t have an office with air conditioning or soft chairs. Most of our time is spent out on the floor where the real work happens. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a long time. We've seen a lot of companies come and go in Waghodia, but we just keep doing our thing. The building could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but that isn't really a priority when there are orders to fill. We focus on getting the work done and making sure nothing goes out the door that isn't right. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don't have any big meetings or complicated reports. We just talk to each other and get the tasks finished. If you come by, you'll see us in our work gear, probably covered in a bit of oil or dust. That’s just the way it is at an industrial estate. We wouldn’t have it any other way, as it keeps us busy and grounded in our daily work.
