Mostly, we spend our time dealing with paperwork and talking to people who walk in with questions. It’s a straightforward kind of place. We don’t have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure things get done. Some days are slower than others, but there’s always something that needs filing or a phone call to return. We keep things pretty simple here. No big presentations or flashy signs. If you look for the number 110, you’ll find the door. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a bit of noise, but it keeps us cool enough during the summer months. It feels like a second home to us because we’re here more than anywhere else. We know the neighbors and the local shops nearby. It’s just how we like to run things—quiet, consistent, and without any unnecessary fuss. We just show up every morning and get through the day's tasks one by one. It’s been that way for years and we don't see that changing any time soon.
