Our place at Vinayak Organics Pvt. Ltd. spans across three plots, 73, 74, and 75, right here in the Gidc Estate. It's a decent-sized space for what we do. We’ve been operating out of this spot for some time now, and most of the locals know our location by the big gates. We deal with organic materials and chemicals mostly, so the smell is something you get used to after a few days. It's not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. The crew is a mix of older hands who have been here forever and some newer faces learning the ropes. We usually start early in the morning when it's still a bit cool outside. By noon, the estate gets pretty hot and the machines are humming. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just handle the requests as they come in. There’s always a lot of heavy lifting and moving stuff around the warehouse. The paperwork piles up on the desk sometimes, but we get through it. Being in the Gidc Estate means we have everything we need close by. It’s a practical location for a business like ours. We don’t bother with fancy signs or anything. If you’re at Plot 73, you’ve found us. We just focus on getting the daily tasks finished so everyone can go home on time. It's a simple operation, run by people who live right nearby.
