Vimit Construction

We have another branch of Vimit Construction over in Atladara, specifically at Yogi Nagar 1. It’s situated right behind Narayana Vadi, which is a landmark most people in this part of Vadodara know well. This office feels a bit different from our other one, maybe a little quieter because of the neighborhood, but the work is just as intense. We focus a lot on the local projects around this side of town. The morning usually starts with a walk-through of the current sites to see what the crews have done overnight. Then it’s back to A/6 Yogi Nagar to handle the phone calls and the suppliers. We have a small team here, just a few of us who have been working together for years. We know how each other works, so we don't need a lot of formal meetings. Most of our decisions are made over a quick snack or while standing out on the street looking at a new foundation. The heat in Vadodara can be brutal, especially in the afternoons, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just some chairs and filing cabinets, but it’s where all the planning happens. We deal with the local authorities, the architects, and the families who are waiting for their homes to be finished. It’s a lot of responsibility, but it’s just our daily routine and we try to keep it simple.
