Vikram Pandya Associates

We've been over here on Ajwa Road for a while now. It’s just us at C/4. We handle a lot of different projects, mostly just drafting things up and making sure the plans make sense before anyone starts digging. Vikram is usually around if you need to talk about a drawing. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It's mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paper scattered around. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we manage to get the work done. People around here know where to find us. We keep things pretty straightforward. If you have a question about a building or some paperwork, you just walk in. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing because that's not how we work. It’s a small team, just a few of us working on whatever comes through the door. We spend a lot of time looking at site maps and local rules. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit since we started. It’s a good spot to be. We just try to be helpful and do what we said we’d do. No fluff, just technical stuff and making sure things are built the right way. That’s pretty much the whole story of this place. We try to stay out of the way of the main road noise as much as we can.
