Out here in Deshad, things are a bit different than the busy city offices. We are located in the Valia taluka within the Bharuch district, surrounded by more industrial plots and open fields. It is a bit of a drive to reach us, but this location gives us the space we need for our industrial operations. The site is large and there is always something going on with the machinery or the transport vehicles moving around the yard. Every day, big trucks roll in with supplies and others head out with the goods we have ready. Most of the people working here come from the nearby villages, so everyone knows each other fairly well. We have an administrative office for the paperwork, but most of the real work happens out on the floor where things are being made. The weather in Bharuch gets very hot and humid, especially when the monsoon rains start coming down heavy in the middle of the year. We have to keep a close eye on everything to make sure the heat doesn't cause any issues with the equipment we use. It is a lot of physical labor and keeping track of long schedules. We don't have any fancy restaurants nearby, so we usually just bring our lunch from home and eat in the break room together. It is a simple, hardworking life where we focus on getting the job done and then heading home to our families.
