Our place is on the second floor of the Shreeji Complex, right across from the Taksh Complex on Vasna Road. It’s a busy road, so there’s always a bit of a scramble for parking in the morning. We work with instruments and meters, so the office is full of technical drawings and bits of hardware that we’re testing or checking. It’s a lot of precision work, but the office itself is pretty laid back. We don't really go in for the corporate look. You’ll see people in casual clothes just trying to get through their to-do lists. The building has a lot of other businesses too, so there’s a lot of coming and going in the hallways. We have a small kitchen area where we grab our water and snacks, and that’s usually where the gossip happens. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just show up, do the measurements, handle the paperwork, and try to make sure everything is accurate. It can be a bit repetitive, but it’s important work for the people who use our instruments. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit temperamental, so we have a few fans standing around just in case. It’s a normal office with normal problems, and we just do our best to stay on top of things every day. We are just regular people doing a technical job the best way we can.
