Our place is in 311 Giriraj Flats on New Sama Road in Vadodara. It’s a quiet enough area, and being in a residential-style building makes the office feel a bit like home. We go by Valufreight (Mumbai) Pvt. Ltd. (Superfreight). Inside, it is mostly just us sitting around computers and talking on the phone with port authorities or truck owners. Gujarat is a big hub for moving things, so there is always work to be done. We keep our files in big metal cabinets and try to keep the desk clutter under control, though it doesn't always work out that way. We aren't a huge multinational with a lobby; you just walk in and we are right there working at our desks. It is a simple setup because we don't need much to do our jobs. Just a good internet connection and some patience for all the regulations we have to follow every day. We often eat lunch together at our desks when it gets busy. The neighborhood is nice, and we've got to know the other people in the building over the years. It is a practical way to run a freight business without all the unnecessary bells and whistles. We focus on the shipping documents and making sure everything is in order for the next day. It’s just a normal, everyday job for us here, and we keep things moving as best as we can.
