We’ve been operating the office here on Dhanji Street in Dabhoi for quite some time now. People usually find us when they have things to sort out that need a bit of professional attention. My name is Vakil Pannalal J Shah, and this is where I spend most of my days. The street is usually busy, but it’s a good spot because everyone knows where it is. We don’t really do fancy advertising or anything like that. Most folks just walk in or call because they heard about us from a neighbor or someone in the family. It’s a simple setup. There are papers everywhere, and the desk is always a bit cluttered, but that’s just how it goes when you’re actually working. We handle what comes through the door. Sometimes it’s straightforward, other times it takes a bit longer to get through the files. I think being right here in the local neighborhood makes a difference because we see the same faces every week. It isn't a big corporate firm with glass walls and uniforms. It is just me and a couple of people helping out. We keep track of the documents and try to make sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. If you are looking for the place, just head down towards the middle of the street. The door is usually open during the day unless we’ve stepped out for a quick tea or a meeting nearby. It's just a regular workplace doing regular work for local people.
