We are located in Manjalpur, specifically in the Rutushree Complex on the third floor. We’re right opposite the IDBI Bank and near Kabir Complex. It’s a well-known corner of the neighborhood. Our office is a quiet place where we get most of our work done. The setup is pretty simple, with our desks and a small area to sit and talk. Having a fancy office just for the sake of it isn't something we care about. We’d rather spend our time and energy on the actual work that needs doing for our clients. Manjalpur is a nice area to be in because it has a good mix of homes and businesses. Many of the same faces are seen around the complex every day. Our team is small, and we prefer it that way. It means we can really focus on the details of every project we take on. There is no corporate mission statement or anything like that here. We just want to do good work that people are happy with at the end of the day. Sometimes we’re at the office all day, and other times we’re out visiting sites and talking to builders. It’s a lot of back and forth, but that’s just the nature of this business. Being honest about timelines and costs is important because nobody likes surprises when they are building something. It’s just a normal, local business trying to do things the right way for the people here.
