You can find us at 301/1 in the Chankya Complex, which is right by the Swati Bus Stand in the Sama area of Vadodara. We are very close to Abhilasa Char Rasta, so there is always a lot of activity and people moving around outside. Our work here at V Can Maintenance Consultancy involves a lot of troubleshooting and helping people keep their properties in good shape. It isn't always glamorous work, but it’s necessary, and we’ve built our routine around it. The office is on the third floor, so we get a bit of a view of the bus stand area, which is always interesting to look at during a break. We spend a lot of our time on the phone coordinating with different technicians or sitting with clients to explain how we can help with their maintenance issues. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to act like we are something we aren't. We are just a local consultancy that understands how things break and how they need to be looked after. The office is full of notebooks and schedules because keeping track of maintenance means staying organized. It’s a small, functional space where we focus on the task at hand. We have been in Sama for a while, and we like being part of this local community where everyone kind of knows each other. It’s a bit noisy with the buses nearby, but we’ve grown to like the energy of the Chankya Complex.
