If you head out toward the Ranoli Crossing, you’ll find us at UML House in Parag Park. We’ve been in the Dashrath area for quite a while now. Universal Medicap Ltd. occupies this building, and it’s a solid, functional place. It isn't a new glass tower; it’s a real working office with history. We handle medical caps and packaging components here. The area around Parag Park is quite industrial and busy with transport vehicles because of the crossing nearby. Inside the building, it’s all about the day-to-day operations. We have the storage areas and the administration offices all in one spot. Sometimes the rain makes the road near the crossing a bit difficult, but we manage. We aren't interested in being flashy. We just want to make sure the production and the shipping stay on schedule. The staff here mostly comes from the nearby neighborhoods. We know the tea stall down the road and the local couriers by name. It’s a very grounded environment. We spend our hours checking quality and making sure the counts are right before things leave the gate. It can be repetitive, sure, but it’s important. We’ve seen the area grow and more warehouses pop up around us, but UML House stays pretty much the same. It’s our base and we just get the work done without much fuss. There is always someone here checking the inventory or loading a truck to go out.
