United Insulation Industries

United Insulation Industries is out in Village-Khandiwada. We are right on the Vadodara-Halol Highway near Asoj. It's a good spot for us because the highway makes it easy for the big trucks to get in and out. We spend our time making insulation materials. It’s not the cleanest work, so our clothes usually show it by the end of the day. The facility is simple. We have the production area and a small corner for the paperwork. We don't use any fancy management styles or big words. We just look at what needs to be made and we make it. The highway is always busy, so there’s a constant hum of traffic in the background. Most of us live nearby in the village or the surrounding area. We’ve been working out of this Khandiwada location for a long time. People around here know us as the place that does the insulation. We don't have a website that we update or any of that. Most people just call us or drive up to the gate. It's an honest living. We keep the machines maintained as best as we can. When things break, we fix them ourselves. The sun hits the building pretty hard in the afternoon, but we stay busy. We focus on getting the rolls of insulation packed and ready for the next truck that stops by. It’s just how we operate. We’ve been here since the beginning and plan to stay right here on the highway.
