Umiya Clinic

Umiya Clinic is located at C-144 in the Nutan Saurabh Society. We’re over in the Pragatinagar area, right near Vijay Nagar and Harni Road. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels very much like a community spot. I set up the clinic inside the society because I wanted to be close to the people I’m helping. It’s not a big glass building or anything. It’s just a ground-floor space that we’ve turned into a clinic. My neighbors often drop by when they have a fever or if their kid has a scrape. It’s the kind of place where you don't really need an appointment if it's an emergency, though it helps to call ahead. The 390022 area is where I spend most of my time. I’ve lived around here for years, so I know the local issues, like when the seasonal flu starts going around the society. Inside, it's pretty basic. We have a small waiting area and my consultation room. I try to keep things clean and organized, though papers do tend to pile up on my desk during a busy week. I don't use any fancy marketing or have a big sign with flashing lights. Most people find us through word of mouth or just because they live a few houses down. It’s a quiet way to work, and I appreciate the trust people put in me.
