We are over at B/3 in Motinagar-2, which is part of the Tarsali area in Baroda. If you’re coming from the main part of town, you just follow the signs for P.O. Tarsali and you’ll find us eventually. The pin code is 390009 if that helps your maps. We are a branch for Team Lease Pvt. Ltd. It is a quiet enough neighborhood, mostly residential, which is nice because it isn't as hectic as the city center. Our office is basically just a regular building where we handle all the administrative work and staffing stuff that the company does. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a bunch of security guards. It’s more of a walk-in-and-say-hello kind of place. The staff here has been together for a bit, so we have a good routine going. We deal with a lot of paperwork and digital records for workers all over the region. Tarsali has grown a lot lately, so there are more shops and places to eat around here than there used to be a few years ago. We usually just stick to our tasks and try to get everything filed correctly. It’s honest work, and we like being based in this part of Baroda. It feels more like a community here than a business district, which suits us just fine. We don't do much marketing because we stay busy enough as it is. We just focus on the daily staffing tasks.
