We operate out of Jivabhai Park Society in Baroda, specifically at B/104. It’s a quiet residential society, which makes for a calm place to work. We’ve been here in Gujarat for quite some time now. Our office is just a converted space in the building. It’s not a glass-walled skyscraper or anything like that. We have our desks, some filing cabinets, and the usual office stuff. We handle a variety of business tasks under the Tata name, but at this location, it’s a small, local team. We spend our days dealing with local vendors and managing our specific accounts. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and say hello while we’re unloading supplies. It’s a friendly atmosphere. We don’t have a formal reception area. If someone comes by, they usually just knock on the door and we let them in. The 390016 area is a nice part of the city to be in. We keep things pretty low-key. There’s no big marketing budget for this branch; we just do our work and keep things organized. Most of the time it's just the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. We take our tea breaks together in the small kitchen area. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve become part of the furniture here in Jivabhai Park. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a good job every day. The monsoon rains usually make the society garden look very green.
