Our place is located in the Gopalkishan Hotel compound, which is right off NH8 near the Tarsali bypass. It’s a bit of a specific spot, tucked in besides a petrol pump. If you’re driving along the highway near Tarsali, you’ll probably see the petrol pump first, and then you just turn into the compound to find us. At Martand Thermoset, we deal with industrial materials, so the setup is very practical and built for work. We have been at this location for a while now. The noise from the NH8 is pretty constant, but you stop noticing it after a few weeks of working here. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a solid space where we can handle our production and storage. We have a small crew and everyone knows their job. We don’t spend much time in an office; most of the work happens on the floor with the materials. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping an eye on the processes. Being next to the petrol pump is handy for the trucks that come to pick up loads. We just focus on keeping the output steady and manageable. We don't really do any big marketing or have a fancy reception area. If someone comes by, they usually just find us in the back doing what we do. It’s a straightforward industrial operation and we like it that way. We just keep things moving.
