Road is a nightmare, but we manage. We’ve got a small team here, and we’ve all worked together for a good while. We know the industry and we know the local area. It’s a practical setup for a practical job. No one here is trying to impress anyone with big words. We just look at the numbers, check the schedules, and keep the forge business moving along as it should.
