Our spot is 101 Alkapuri, tucked away in the Karma Industria Estate. If you find the Express Hotel, we are right behind it at Opal Square. It is a bit of a maze sometimes if you are new to the estate. Surendra Modiani & Associates has been operating out of this room for some time. The walls are a bit plain, but they do the job. We spend most of our hours looking at spreadsheets and answering the landline. The air conditioning hums in the background all day. It gets quite busy around here during the week. You see a lot of people moving goods and running errands because of the industrial estate. We fit right in with the noise. The desk I use is a bit old now. We have some folders piled up that we really should organize better. It is just a practical office. Nothing like those big shiny buildings downtown. We like it here because it is close to everything we need. Opal Square is easy to spot once you get off the main road. Most people know the Express Hotel so that helps them find us. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall nearby. It is a simple life at Surendra Modiani & Associates. We are usually here from early morning. It is just how things go around this part of Alkapuri for us.
