Down in Padra, things move at a certain pace. Super Industrial Lining Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this spot for a good bit of time. It gets very hot during the summer months, and the workshop floor is always the warmest place to be. We handle a lot of industrial materials here, so there is always a bit of noise from the machinery. The staff usually gets here early to beat the worst of the heat. We aren't really the type to have a front desk person sitting around in a suit. Mostly, you’ll find us in work clothes, probably with a bit of dust or grease on them. We spend a lot of time checking the linings and making sure the measurements are exactly what they need to be for the job. If something isn't right, we just do it over until it is. That’s how it goes. The road outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, which makes moving the heavy stuff a bit of a challenge for the drivers. We have a small break area where we eat lunch together. It is pretty simple English spoken here, nothing too complicated. We just focus on the orders we have for the week. Padra is an industrial hub, so we have a lot of neighbors doing similar heavy work. We keep to ourselves mostly but help out if someone next door needs a tool.
