Sun Developers is located in the Parishram building in Old Kacchia Wad. We are on Kabir Mandir Street, which is just off Rajmahal Road in Vadodara. This is a very old part of the city, and the buildings have a lot of history. Our office is in a place that has been around for many years. It’s not a modern glass building. It’s just a regular office with wooden desks and old-fashioned filing cabinets. We spend a lot of our time dealing with land documents and talking to people about building projects. The 390001 area is right in the heart of the city, so it’s always busy outside. Finding a place to park your scooter can be a real challenge sometimes. We have a small team here, and we’ve all been working together in Gujarat for a long time. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just try to get the paperwork done and the projects moving forward. Sometimes the process is slow and there are a lot of hoops to jump through. But we know the local system pretty well. People often come by for a cup of tea and a chat about the local property market. It’s a very traditional way of doing business, but it suits this neighborhood. We just do our work and stay part of the community.
