Sumukh Travels

Sumukh Travels is located at 7/B in Kalyan Nagar Society. We are right behind the MIG flats in Karelibaug. It’s a local neighborhood, so we don't get much of that big city rush right at our doorstep. We’ve been running this travel business for quite some time now. Most of our work is helping people book tickets or arrange cars. We have a small office with the basics. Some maps on the wall, a few computers, and a telephone that rings fairly often. Karelibaug is where we live and work, so we know the people around here. We don't try to be a big agency. We just handle the travel needs of the folks who walk in. Sometimes someone wants to go to a nearby city, and other times they are planning a big trip. We just look at the options and tell them what's available. It’s straightforward work. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign. People usually find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a friend. We spend a lot of time checking train schedules or flight prices. It’s a lot of detail work. If a booking goes wrong, we spend the afternoon on the phone trying to fix it. That's just part of the job. We like the pace of things here. It’s a quiet life, mostly just helping people get from one place to another without too much trouble or stress.
