Our place is at No 4 in the Satyanaran Ind. Estate. It's close to the Gorwa Water Works, which is a good landmark for people who aren't from around here. Sumika Seals has been operating out of this spot for some time. It's an industrial area, so it gets noisy with all the trucks coming in and out. The workshop isn't very large, but we make it work. We handle seals and parts day in and day out. Sometimes the air gets a bit heavy with the smell of rubber or whatever we are working on that day. It’s just how it is. We don't have any flashy signs. Just the name on the door. It's a small team here. We know each other well. Some mornings start slow, then everything happens at once. We usually have a lot of crates stacked up by the entrance. It can get messy when a big order comes in. We try to stay on top of things, but some days are better than others. Gorwa is a busy part of town. We’ve grown used to the pace. We don't do much fancy stuff. Just making sure the parts are right. If the water works is behind you, you’re almost at our gate. It’s a straightforward business. We don't spend much time on the computer, mostly on the floor. The coffee here isn't great, but it keeps us awake. Most neighbors do similar industrial work too.
