Down in the Nandesari Industrial Area, you’ll find us at A-1/2. It’s very much a working site, so don't expect any shiny glass windows or fancy lobbies. This is where Sud Chemie handles the catalysts and chemicals, so the air usually has that distinct industrial smell. We’ve been part of this landscape for a long time, and most of us have been working here long enough to know every corner of the facility. The office part is pretty basic, just a place to handle the accounts and the logistics, while the real work happens in the plant. It gets hot, especially in the summer months, and the work is often physically demanding or requires a lot of attention to safety protocols. We don’t have much use for fancy talk; we just focus on the chemistry and making sure the batches come out the way they’re supposed to. There’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving drums around, and the sound of machinery is always in the background. It’s a tough environment but a fair one. We take our breaks when we can and try to keep things organized despite all the dust and activity. It’s just the reality of being in an industrial zone like Nandesari. We do what we do, and we’ve been doing it a while without needing much change. Some days are longer than others, but that is part of the job here.
